30-Day Return & Exchange Policy
If your product was received within the last 30 days, you may request a return or exchange.

For returns or exchanges due to product quality issues, IBORRIA will cover all shipping costs incurred during the process.

Any quality-related claims must be verified by our customer service team through photos or videos provided by you.
After 30 Days
We do not accept returns for any reason beyond 30 days from the delivery date.
However, if the issue is related to product quality, you are still eligible for our warranty service.
Return & Exchange Procedure

Proof of Purchase
The buyer must provide valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt, or invoice) to initiate any return, refund, or warranty claim. -
Request Submission
Contact our customer service team, stating the reason for the return or exchange.
For quality-related issues, send clear photos or videos of the defect for verification. -
Product Shipment
Once your request is approved, ship the product using the prepaid return label or return address provided by our customer service team. -
Refund or Replacement
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will issue a refund or send a replacement, depending on the case.
Shipping Cost Responsibility
The buyer is responsible for shipping costs in the following cases:

Non-defective returns: Returning a product for reasons other than confirmed defects.

Unverified defects: Items claimed to be defective but verified by IBORRIA’s Quality Control team as fully functional.

Unauthorized returns: Any return made outside of our approved return or warranty process.
Note: When using a prepaid return label provided by IBORRIA, we assume responsibility for any loss or damage during transit.
For non-quality-related returns, the buyer assumes responsibility for any loss or damage during transit.
Warranty Policy
We offer a 24-month warranty for all products, starting from the date you receive your order.
Covered under warranty:

Non-human-caused defects during normal use.

Electrical component failures, motherboard issues, button malfunctions, and other manufacturing defects.
Not covered under warranty:

Damage caused by drops, water exposure, impact, modifications, or improper use.

Unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification.

Cosmetic wear or aging from normal use.

Replace the entire unit or key components free of charge

Arrange a return-to-factory repair (with prepaid return label or address provided)

Offer remote technical assistance (if applicable)

For international orders, we also support shipping spare parts with video instructions to avoid returning the entire unit, saving time and cost.
Warranty for Non-Consumable Accessories
Non-consumable accessories (e.g., separately purchased chargers) are covered by a 1-year limited warranty.
