Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Warehouses & Delivery Regions

We ship from the following warehouses:

  • EU Warehouse

  • UK Warehouse

  • US Warehouse

  • China Warehouse

  • Local Amazon FBA Warehouses

Delivery Regions:

  • European Union (EU) countries

  • United Kingdom (UK)

  • United States (US)

Note: Each warehouse ships only to its designated region.
For example: EU warehouse ships to EU countries, US warehouse ships to the US, and UK warehouse ships to the UK.

 

2. Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Processing Time:
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase.
Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may vary.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time:

  • From Local Warehouse: 3–7 business days for delivery.

  • Accessories: Some accessories may ship from our China warehouse and may take 10–15 business days to arrive.

3. Shipping Methods & Costs

  • Methods: We offer various shipping options, including UPS, DHL, EMS, FedEx, and Amazon FBA.

  • Cost: Free shipping is available on all products in our store.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can use this tracking number to check your order status on the carrier’s website.

If you have any questions related to shipping, feel free to contact our Customer Service Team.

5. Order Cancellation

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible before the package is shipped.

  • If the package has already been shipped, you may refuse delivery upon arrival.

  • Once the package is successfully delivered, cancellation will follow our Return & Refund Policy, and you may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Tip: If the package has already been dispatched, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier to request a refusal to avoid unnecessary costs.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us immediately.
We will attempt to update it before shipment but cannot guarantee success.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages:
Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. However, unforeseen delays may occur.
If your package is delayed more than 7 business days beyond the estimated delivery date, please contact us.
We will open an investigation with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.

Damaged Packages:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.
We may request photos of the damaged item and packaging to assist with the claim process.

Note: IBORRIA is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” but subsequently lost or stolen. In such cases, we recommend contacting your local authorities for further assistance.

8. Shipping Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or carrier service disruptions.
If such delays occur, we will notify you and work to resolve the issue.
